What we expect

- You are skilled and professional in the industrial area and have deep and wide knowledge about Kanban systems, C-parts and professional industrial services
- existing network to maintain and expand in industrial field, factory sector or productive workshops
- You know all basics about tools, hardware, fasteners, consumable products those are used in machinery, automation, metal industry and crafts business
- You have a high level of self motivation, know how to communicate, to organize yourself and experience how to work independently to develop sales and services to our customers
- You have sales experience, are punctual and reliable as a reference for our company
- flexibility and daily traveling with car or train in Huadong area

What is required

- minimum of 5 years experience in industrial field or workshop/craft environment
- ago between 25-35 years old
- C1 driver license
- University degree with major in mechanical/industrial or business or comparable field
- advanced knowledge in English
- knowledge in German is an advantage

What you will do

- Create sales in maintaining and extending the existing customer performance with focus on industrial business and factory customers
- Find and develop new customers
- achieve sales and profit targets
- Represent RECA to the outside and communicate daily with the related departments inside
- Active product presentation and industrial solutions to and with our customers
