职位描述：
Position Responsibility:

Trading (treasury) Support:
1) Responsible to cooperate with Group Operation Singapore for daily Markets deals checking, confirming, settlement and confirmation matching, including, inter-bank lending and borrowing, customer and inter-bank FX (Spot, Forward, Swap etc.) ;
2) Issue & monitor the local inter-bank settlement to ensure the smooth process.
3) Calculate, monitor and report daily FCY & CNY Nostro a/c cash flow and reconciliation;
4) Prepare & report regulatory report (daily FX position, FDQ etc.)
5) Trace FX confirmation;
6) Calculate and report regulatory report on FX.
7) Register & trace the missing documents;

Payment Operation:
1) Perform regulation checking on outgoing & incoming payment to ensure all rules and procedures with regard to cross border payments are adhered to and well maintained;
2) Coordinate with Group Operations Singapore to handle day to day transactions;
3) Prepare regular FCY business related regulatory report (i.e. ASONE, AML RCPMIS etc) to ensure the business running at a right way and meet relative statutory requirement;
4) Coordinate F/X transaction with TCM Shanghai for call rate;

Other responsibility:
1) Analysis SAFE/PBOC regulations to see if there is any impact and alteration in daily processing;
2) To strictly abide by the requirements of compliance and internal control on operation procedures;
3) Work with the team leader to review of system requirements and work procedure; Analyze the system requirement and drive system development;
4) Participate in customer seminar and/or other activities when necessary;
5) Train the other team members;
6) Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Position Requirement:
1) College degree or above;
2) Above 7 years relevant related operation experience;
3) In-depth knowledge and understandings on PBOC & SAFE regulation;
4) Team management experience is a preferred;
5) Proactive, problem solving oriented with good working attitude, and willing to work under pressure;
