General Description岗位概述:
To work closely with the purchasing team to develop and qualify new suppliers. Develop the quality performance of key existing suppliers in region and to support the achievement of overall quality plan objectives of the business. To support the change management processes.

Main Responsibilities主要工作:
New supplier qualification and development, supplier audit and related risk assessment reporting
Supplier part qualification through PPAP process together with engineering & suppliers
Purchasing part cost down support, be able to technically trouble shooting & robust process development in part manufacturing process & related quality control
Supplier quality performance management and working closely with supplier to drive improvement plans with the key existing suppliers in region to achieve PPM defect targets.
Lead corrective action management in the supply base. Ensure all corrective actions are managed and closed off effectively in the required timescales using an 8D approach.
Standardization or upgrade Supplier Quality Engineering team WI or standard as need

Requirements任职要求:
Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills (Chinese & English)
Problem solving activity leader.
Highly self motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail
Able to work to tight deadlines
Methodical and organized approach to work
Mechanical education background, bachelor at least
Familiar with TS16949, VDA6.3, 8D problem solving, MSA, control plan, SPC and FMEA
Can travel within region to support activity
