Business Intelligence Manager


Location: Shanghai

Take on the challenge and be part of creating something new
? To drive business decisions based on high quality insights, analytics and information on the market and internal performance.
? To maximize the value creation of information and provide enhanced cross-functional support to Market Operations, enabling stronger analysis and insights thru a focus on reporting optimization, BI standards & principles, information flow, use and application of BI tools, and training and education.
? To support weekly performance reporting connecting internal and external data enabling analysis and insights in order to drive transparency and decision-making.
? Responsible for monthly full market estimates in order to report total MG China.
? Research, follow-up, and project participation is expected both locally and globally as well as communication to key stakeholders to ensure alignment on the reporting.

    What we’re looking for?
? Bachelor degree above
? Must have 5+ years' experience in analytical, statistical or numeric role.
? Demonstrated aptitude in analysis, math or statistics
? Is able to develop reporting template to show business performance, to facilitate insights (e.g. business driver) generation and to support decision making
? Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office software, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of VBA and SQL Server is a plus.
? High level of attention to detail and ability to execute multiple projects in a timely and accurate manner to meet regular deadlines
? Strong oral and written communication and ability to collaborate well with colleagues in multiple functional areas
