Title：Cashier

Main Responsibility

As part of the Treasury team, shall perform financial activities within the following scope :

1. Process e-bank payment transactions and manual payment transactions ( e.g. cheque, TT) timely and accurately

2. Prepare foreign currency payment and follow up hedging settlement

3. Make arrangement for fund plan and ensure idle cash are timely centralized into cash pool.

4. Timely declare FX payment and FX collection in SAFE and make sure correct documents provided.

5. Follow up the standard working process to discount bank draft timely.

6. Bank account management and keep liaison with banks to follow up regulations

7. Provide support to other team to reach monthly closing deadline; Timely collect bank slips and statement from banks and pass to the related accountants for processing.

8. Perform financial activities to help other SSC team members to meet process performance and objectives.

Requirement

1. Bachelor or college degree or equivalent plus 1-2 years relevant practical experiences.

2. Good communication skill and good team working skills

3. Eager to learn, energetic, and hard-working.

作为财务中心资金团队的一员，应完成以下各项财务职责：

1. 及时准确地处理电子银行付款业务和手工付款业务（例如：支票，电汇凭证）。

2. 准备外币付款，跟进远期结算交易处理。

3. 制定资金计划并确保闲置资金及时地集中在现金池。

4. 及时地向外汇局核销外汇支付和出口收汇，确保提供正确的文件。

5. 按照标准的工作流程及时地将银行汇票贴现。

6. 银行账户管理，并与银行保持联系跟进最新法律法规。

7. 为总账团队提供支持，遵守每月的关帐日期; 及时地从银行收集银行回单和对帐单并传递给相关的会计去记账处理。

8. 帮助其他财务中心的团队完成工作任务以达成财务中心的工作目标

职位要求：

1. 大专以上学历，1-2年财务相关实践经验

2. 良好的沟通技巧和团队工作技巧工作态度积极努力，热爱学习。

3. 熟悉办公室软件和技能，尤其是Word和Excel，有大型外企工作经验优先
