Title: FSSC CZ AP & Treasury manager


Job Purpose:

1. Manage the Accounts Payable and Treasury process for the local entities in SSC

2. Recruit, organize, direct and motivate AP & Treasury staff, ensuring skills and resources are developed to meet the needs of the business for the AP &Treasury process.

3. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the AP & Treasury process area, and across the SSC as a whole, and to proactively seek opportunities to improve service delivery to SSC customers.

4. Follow up AP & Treasury process KPIs and upstream process issues

5. Support other team members from the SSC in achieving team and individual goals, ensuring that high levels of customer service are maintained.

6. Ensure compliance with bank and SAFE regulations and Saint-Gobain internal rules

7. Liaise with the Delegation treasury

8. Keep good relationship with local entities and banks etc



Key Responsibilities:

Actively contributes to the continuous improvement process and to the standardization of processes and practices across SSC team

- Participate in the recruitment of the cashiers, AP accountants

- Ensure the training and the progression of its team.

- Follow the performance of its process and liaise with the SSC manager

- Evaluate Cash & AP team member

* Deliver high levels of customer service within the AP & Cash management process area, in accordance with process performance :

Qualification Requirements:


* Typical Education Level:
- Bachelor or college degree or equivalent plus 8-10 years relevant, practical experience

- Have profound knowledge and experience in manufactory with international companies.

- Flexible, adaptable and able to perform in a fast-paced environment

- Must be an individual contributor and extremely hands-on, as well as being a team leader

- Solid MS Office skills, as well as experience with Accounting/ERP System is required

- Strong interpersonal skills, Committed and ability to work under pressure

- Have a high level of social competence to motivate the team.

- Fluency in reading and writing in both English and Chinese languages.



* Relevant experience, knowledge and skills:
8-10 year experiences in accounting, treasury and internal control
