职位描述：
KEY JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Collaborate with R&D team, responsible for new product test system design , setup, improve and qualify.
2.Responsible for testers transfer to Finisar Wuxi site of testers designed and developed from other Finisar R&D sites.
3.Support self design and transfer test evaluation board from other site
4.Do necessary engineering analysis for test system and product itself
5.Do failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA) to identify potential failure modes in a testing system to prevent similar failures happen again based on past experience.
6.Interact with software and hardware team for your test system design and release.
7. Interact with product and process team to continue product performance improvement
8.Support production line to resolve yield issue from test system design perspective
9.Communicate between different sites to support the test problem solving
10. Communicate with customer for test related issues

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
1.Bachelor or master degree with optical or electronics engineering related background.
2.Master 4 years (Bachelor with at least 7 years)working experience in electronics design, optical communication, Optoelectronics device, and related industries.
3.Very familiar with all kinds of testing equipments/instruments and solutions in optical or semiconductor industry.
4.Proven good communications in both English and Mandarin.
5.Must be self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision. Team spirit and good interpersonal skills 举报 分享
