职位描述：
RESPONSIBILITY:
1.Manage Melt Blown production line technical skills.
指导并管理熔喷车间产线技术
2.Improve technical skills and production quality control by means of problem solving.
通过解决问题，提高熔喷工艺技术和生产质量控制能力
3.Improve process control & parameters setting
改善生产过程工艺控制及参数设定
4.Technology transfer to blue collars of production parameters
为一线员工提供技术培训
5.Follow up lab testing, check reports to assure required filtration performances.
跟进实验室测试、复核报告以确保产品通过性能验证
6.Maintain and upgrade Melt Blown technology according to new products specifications, ensuring suitable maintenance indication too, by being a contact with UFI R&D colleague in Italy.
通过与意大利R&D同事合作及新产品导入，维护并改善熔喷产品的技术工艺
7.MB production recipe technical data sheet and control plan compilation and respect

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
?Master degree (Technical): material engineer / industrial chemical doctor 材料工程、工业化学
?Melt spinning technology know how 了解熔喷纺锤（模头）技术
?Communicable English both in Speaking and Writing 良好的英语技能
?Melt Blown process 熟悉熔喷工艺
?Melt Spinning process 熟悉无纺布工艺
?Filtration tests standards熟悉过滤器测试方法与标准
?Quality tools and methods熟悉质量工具及方法
?Filtration principles懂过滤原理
?Polymer properties, processing and characterization了解聚合物性能、工艺及属性
