职位描述：
Job Summary:

This role will be part of our operations delivery team in Shanghai, responsible for the management of HR Outsourcing (HRO) client services in Payroll delivery, and associates within their operation teams for delivery in Shanghai.
 
Key Responsibility Areas:

Acts as the main point of contact for HRO delivery with clients and internally.

Defines and reports on mutual benefits delivery goals with client.

Works with client to set and balance priorities and communicates expectations to the team.

Strives for client standardization, ensuring that similar workflows and system coding are applied across clients.

Establishes measurable goals/targets for the client team.

Drives accountability for adopting Best Practices and standard practices and improving operations through process improvements.

Educates teams on contract and performance incentives and penalties.

Accountable for creating an effective working environment focused on associate development, satisfying work experiences, and accountability for results.

Aligns managers and all associates within the Payroll Operations Group to client and Business Group/Firm goals.

Formal Education & Certification:
Degree in Business Administration or other relevant qualifications.

Knowledge & Experience:
5-8 years of relevant experience in areas such as HR Outsourcing, HR Operations, Business Process / IT Outsourcing and/or Regional Processing Centers.
Good understanding on the whole payroll cycle as processing, CPF contribution and submission.
Adept in payroll software and other IT application.
Experience in managing a large team.
