General duties:

? Interface between Sales (APAC and China) and Plant (Engineering Customization Team and Purchase) for customization and attachment solutions

Tasks in operating cycle:

? Coordinating customization related activities among various departments within T8-QI (incl. Engineering, Workshop, Logistics, Production)
? Create and follow-up offers on customization solutions towards Sales
? Maintain market overview on customization enquiries through analysis and reporting
? Responsible on providing up to date content and prices on the customization sharepoint site
? Conduct price calculations on customization options
? Communicate changes in customization offers and solutions towards Marketing/Sales (APAC and China)



Graduation /graduate degree/ major:

- University graduate with technical background or technician

Working experience :

- At least three years’ work experience in related industries
- Experience related to Sales, Operations Management and Administration

Professional:

? Familiar with Microsoft Office, SAP and Sharepoint
? Basic knowledge in Economics
? Strong analytical skills
? Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
? Profound knowledge of Jungheinrich trucks and attachment solutions from third party suppliers is a plus
? Good communication and presentation skills, Ability to work in cross-functional teams
