1. 3-5年以上SAP CRM咨询实施经验，至少3个完整CRM项目经验。
2. 良好的业务理解、分析和总结能力，有医药、零售或消费品行业经验更佳。
3. 精通SAP CRM Loyalty、Marketing或TPM模块，熟悉Hybris Marketing更佳。
4. 良好的沟通、协调和执行能力，能够承担从需求调研到上线支持的项目全过程工作。有项目管理经验更佳。
