PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Support on HS code classification, identify import CIQ/Custom requirement prior shipping.
? Communicate and deal with related internal & external parties to obtain necessary info & documents for products importation to China.
? Review on the correctness and completeness of import document, prepare full set document for CIQ/Custom declaration.
? Monitor 3PL for the daily operation, assist with problem solving.
? Import duties forecast and assist in payment execution.
? Send related reports regularly as management required.
? Import document retention and 3PL billing audit.
? Other assigned responsibilities when necessary.

REQUIREMENTS:
? College graduated or above in major of logistics, international trading or other related field with at least 3 years' working experiences in import Custom operation.
? Knowledgeable in CIQ & Customs regulation, passed Custom declarer exam is preferred.
? Working experience in a MFC in garments or cosmetics industry is preferred.
? Customs import and tariff work experiences are must.
? Good written and oral English, able to communicate with associates in US home office.
? Strong ability of logic and analysis.
? Good interpersonal communication skills, attention to details, eager to accept challenges, active and self-discipline attitude.
