The Opportunity. 机会
It’s your job to lead the Brand’s social media presence on WeChat and Weibo with creative, enthusiastic and educational content. You are overall responsible for growing the brand’s presence in China by motivating followers to engage in online and offline events. You must be comfortable in communicating online and face-to-face with an active fitness community. Your Responsibilities. 你的责任
- Manage, create and execute both localized and unique social content for the brand on Weibo & WeChat channels
- Serve as a Brand Ambassador for PR / Media liaison, promotion of events, and other offline promotions
- Generate buzz and lead by word-of-mouth by networking with influential KOLs, partners and/or sponsors for cross promotions
- Work with account team to deliver insightful monthly and quarterly digital and social monitoring reports
- Create weekly and monthly social media content plans
- Social media campaign creative idea contribution, documentation & execution
- Work closely with design teams and make sure all content is in line with brand guidelines

Your Experience & Skills. 经验&技能
- Minimum 2 years of social media, website or professional writing experience (Journalism, Marketing degree a plus)
- Knowledge of digital & social media, marketing and general industry
- Knowledge is online trends and tracking
- Loves fitness, fashion and lifestyle content
- Passion for developing Chinese consumer knowledge
- Assertiveness, responsiveness and great attention to detail
- High quality presentation skills in written, PPT, and verbal PPT
- Experience in working with KOLs in China (Blogs/Social Media/Forums)
- Good communication skills in English and Chinese
- 两年以上社交媒体策划、网站编辑工作经验或者专业写作经验 (新闻、市场营销相关专业优先)
- 熟知数字媒体&社交媒体,市场营销和基本行业知识
- 了解网络潮流以及追踪潮流的能力

- Minimum 60 original posts a month for official Weibo and WeChat accounts
- Increase social follower and engagement numbers in accordance to account KPI
- Create 3 new social topics to test on Sina Weibo or Wechat (Quarterly)
- Help create 10 original videos with video team for social media campaigns
