职位描述：
This candidate will work for EASYCOM under Grey Group ------- A WPP Company

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting;
2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in accounting and financial functions, with at least 2 years at managerial level;
3. Familiar with PRC GAAP and US GAAP, and local tax regulations;
4. Able to understand business process and improve internal control process;
5. Strong financial analytical and business acumen;
6. Good command of written English;
7. Strong influencing, interpersonal and negotiating skills ;
8. Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities:
1. Lead and coach finance team, responsible for accounting and finance activities;
2. Responsible for monthly closing process and financial reporting;
3. Complete Group reporting package accurately and timely;
4. Conduct budgeting, financial analysis and update forecast;
5. Maintain integrity of accounting records and transactions in accordance to US GAAP and Chinese local statutory requirements;
6. Manage AR function;
7. Handle local tax, statutory audit, internal audit, business regulations with compliance of related laws & regulations;
8. Analyze financial information to reflect operational performance and make recommendations for continuous improvement;
9. Provide support to business partners/ad hoc projects and assignments 举报 分享
