职位描述：
Duties and Responsibilities：
? Work with Production Designers and Art Directors to provide design elements for environments and backgrounds, lighting, color and texture reference, graphic design, prop design and other creative elements for feature animation;
? Candidates must demonstrate a proven ability to conceptualize visually in a variety of techniques and projects.

工作职责：
? 前期美术设计负责图案设计与美术指导与艺术总监共同合作，为动画电影项目的环境、灯光、色彩、贴图绘制、道具设计及其他动画电影所需的创意元素提供设计支持；
? 应聘者必须具备创造力及扎实的美术基本功，以及在各类项目中胜任视觉概念设计的能力。

Qualifications:
? Traditional Fine Art Education, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
? Digital Paintings and portfolio which demonstrate a wide range of experience and technique with strong sense of composition, design, color theory, and storytelling;
? Effective communication skills (ability to speak English is a plus);
? Ability to be flexible and to adapt to change when requested;
? Proven ability to work as part of a team.

任职资格：
? 本科或等效学历，传统美术教育背景。
? 具有丰富的数字绘画经验与技巧，有较强的构图、设计、色彩理论与故事叙述意识。
? 具有优秀的沟通能力（会英语者更优）。
? 处事灵活，能够快速适应变化。
