职位描述：
岗位职责：
1.全面负责客户服务部的日常管理和运营工作，向客服总监汇报；
2.制定与完善客户服务部管理制度，规范和完善岗位职责，优化客户服务流程；
3.客服团队的培训与考核，掌控客户服务质量；
4.协调及处理客户重大投诉与建议，与重要客户的沟通和洽谈；
5.完善客户需求分析，研制可行性方案提升客户满意度
6.协调本部和公司其他部门之间的关系；
7.负责售后部一切突然事件

任职要求：
1.大专以上学历，管理类专业、物业管理或酒店管理相关专业，持有物业管理经理人上岗证优先；
2.具备良好的英语沟通能力
3.从事相关售后部工作3年工作经验，具备优秀的客户处理技巧和经验。
4.熟练使用office办公软件。
