Responsibilities:
1.Manages entire developing and production quality assurance activities.
-Production quality indicator monitoring program - Assures ongoing production reliability meets and exceeds certification requirements
-Design and development reliability assessments - Assures new products and product design changes meets the internal company reliability requirements and external market expectations
2.Manage entire quality system
-Implement quality inspection / audit processes including demonstrated expertise in this area.
-Support and manage local document control process.
3.Drive continual improvement to the operating quality and efficiency of the department.
4.Oversee Product Quality Engineering team, ensures individuals performing functions affecting quality are trained and demonstrate the appropriate skills and performance results.
5.Coordinate and implement solutions from process analysis and general department projects.
6.Performs all duties inherent in a managerial role including coaching and developing direct reports, maintaining department budgets, training, and new hire process.

Requirement:
1.Minimum 10 years of Quality, Engineering or related working experience, with >3yrs people management experience. Working in Multinational manufacturing environment is a plus.
2.Equipped with technical expertise in manufacturing/engineering quality assurance, reliability engineering, and a thorough understanding of quality system management (ISO 9000) principles.
3.Strong organizational & leadership skills. Demonstrated project management, facilitation and problem-solving skills.
4.Extensive background using statistical and non-statistical QA/QC tools to collect, research, and analyze data.
5.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
