职位描述：

Experience and special skills:

1. Good English both written and spoken
2. Design background
3. Good fashion sense
4. One or two years VM working experiences preferred
5. CAD / photoshop (optional)
6. Good adaptability and like travelling
   

Main Responsibilities:

1. Responsible to merchandise sofas, furnishings and accessories in new and existing stores within the Natuzzi brand image and According to latest floor plans in stores;
2. Design the store layout according to the new developed product for each store per year;
3. Follow store visit schedule, complete store VM report and ensure timely execution of outstanding points;
4. Execute and follow the correct execution of window displays according to the schedule;
5. Organize the floor sample according to the sales trends;
6. Assist Training Manager in visual merchandising training to educated dealers and their staff (Asia Pacific)
7. Support Product Manager to develop and implement matrix and layout (China).
