·Execute Flawless Launch during the new program development according to SDAAC’s requirement.
·Develop program timing plan to be able to meet the customer milestone, according to SDAAC standard PDP process.
·Monitor and control the project development spending to meet project budget.
·Work with team to ensure to meet customer delivery timing as well as meet customer quality requirement.
·Develop and maintain the key documents during the program development process (such as project timing plan, Dashboard, score card).
·Identify the risk and develop the risk mitigate plan, then escalate the issue at Gemba Review and other escalation process as necessary.
·Coordinate and organize gate reviews to report the program development status to management team.
·Collect the lesson learned from the development period, summarize the problems and find out countermeasures, create new working process if it’s needed.
任职要求：
 University degree or above
·5 years working experiences on automotive industry, especially experience in new program development launch
·Strong internal and external communication skills including presentation skills
·High level of personal computer skills including MS office, MS project
·Business sufficient in English
