1.掌握制造技能，能够胜任数控机床操作工作。
2.根据生产计划进行产品制造。
3.在生产过程中进行质量控制，使产品满足质量要求。
4.在生产过程中进行持续改进，提高生产效率。
5.进行必要的保养。在设备工具出现异常的情况下，及时向主管或生产经理进行报告。
6.经过主管或生产经理的许可或在工程师的协助下对设备和工具进行必要的调修。
7.保证工作操作区域内清洁，所使用的工具和材料正常。
