职位描述：

岗位职责:

1. 订单审查及录入、出货安排；

2. 交货期追踪，与客户及工厂协调交期；

3. 协助销售在库数的统计和控制，协助与客户的对账及发票管理；

4. 客户电话的接听与记录；

5. 接受客户投诉信息，并转达至相关部门。

6. 完成上级临时交办的其它相关事务；

任职资格:

1. 大专或以上学历；

2. 一年以上同等职位工作经验；

3. 工作认真仔细，责任心强，出色的语言表达能力与沟通协调能力；

4. 有良好的纪律性、团队协作及服务创新精神；

5. 具备较强的工作积极性和主动服务意识；

6. 熟练运用计算机；操作OFFICE各项软件及ERP相关业务系统；

7. 良好的中，英语听说读写能力；日语略懂者优先；
