1.接受客户的问题或要求，提供工程咨询服务,并支持他们从技术上解决问题。
Answer questions or requirement from the customers, provide engineering advisory assistance and support them to solve problems technically.
2.现场指导机器安装，机器维修，故障排除。
 Machine installation,troubleshooting at customer job site.
3.服务工作完成后的跟踪，维护良好的客户关系，协调销售部。
Follow up after job completion，keep good relations with customer and co-ordinate with sales department.
4.吃苦耐劳，愿意出差，根据业务需求，即使是在紧急情况下的通知。
Bearing hardships, willing to travel, depending on the business needs，even at short notice for emergency services.
5.大学本科以上学历，工程技术、机械及机械制造专业
University or above degree in Engineering Technology, Mechanics and Machine Manufacturing.
6.诚实，勤勉，有高度的工作热情，能独立工作，良好快速的学习能力。
Honest, hard-working, highly self-motivated, capable of working independently, fast learning.
7.创造性思维，善于解决问题，专注业绩的提高
  Creative thinking, good at trouble shooting, focus on increasing performance.
8.具有高度的主动性，优秀的人际交往能力和较强的客户服务意识
  High degree of initiative, outstanding interpersonal skills and strong customer service orientation
9.必须有良好的英文听，说，读，写能力
Good English skills (oral and written) is a necessary.
10.具有至少两（2）年的技术服务经验或项目管理经验
At least two (2) years technical service experience or project management exp.
