职位描述：

1.对项目点损益（利润）直接负责，在客户满意的前提下实现费用最小化。

2.根据项目点现场情况合理安排员工岗位;考勤、工时的计算；在客户满意的前提下，达到月总工时的最优化。

3.招聘员工，确保员工数量满足项目点工作要求。

4.周期性安排员工对清洁设备进行保养维护，完成检查记录表。

5.准确预估月耗材使用量，定期对耗材库存进行盘点，对耗材领用发放进行登记记录，实现耗材不积压不浪费。

6.培训员工清洁剂使用配比，实现清洁剂用量最优化。培训员工清洁设备使用方法，杜绝野蛮操作。

7.挖掘培养储备主管,为公司积累储备人才。

8.跟踪项目点应收账款的支付，实现应收账款账期最小化。

Job Description:
1.Responsible for the P&L of project, minimize the cost under the satisfactory of clients
2.Appropriately arrange schedule for cleaners, check attendance and calculate labor-hours, minimize the labor-hours under the satisfactory of clients.
3.Recruit the cleaners to ensure that the number of employees to meet the project requirements.
4.Periodically arrange staffs to maintain equipments, complete the inspection record sheet.
5.Accurately estimate the usage of low-cost consumables, regular check the inventory and make the records,avoid the inventory backlog and wasted.
6.Train the staffs how the use detergent and equipments, avoid the waste of detergent and rough handling the equipments.
7.Develop back-up supervisor, support our company’s talents plan.
8.Track project’s AR payment, minimize the account period of AR.
