职位描述：
Position Summary:
Be responsible for overall project management Quality, Cost and Delivery according to customer requirement and product development procedure of AITS;
Coordinate project focused activities of multifunctional project team during development phase and launch phase, assure flawless launch of project.

Main Function:
1. Responsible for overall project management according to customer requirements and product development procedure of AITS.
2. Coordinate project focused activities of multifunctional project team including engineering, purchasing, sales, manufacturing, quality and finance.
3. Manage the project according to approved budget and time, update the project status report at least monthly.
4. Prepare and conduct stage gate reviews.
5. Control BOM (bill of material) and subsequent changes for programs.
6. Development and maintain relationship and communication with OEM’s engineering, commercial and quality team.
7. Work closely with department managers and general manager to resolve conflicts in resource allocation, money and priority to assure flawless launch of project.

Selection Criteria:
* Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent
* More than 5 years’ related experience in industry (automotive background as advantage)
* Experience in FORD & CJLR Project is required
* Excellent interpersonal skills, good ability in oral and written communication skills
* Has the ability to lead and organize
* Devoted to work and has the innovating and developing
* Understanding cultural sensitivities
