职位描述：

As Project Manager

·Lead planning and implementation of IT projects from definition to delivery:

o Interact with existing or potential internal or external clients to determine their needs and priorities - Advocate on behalf of clients and represent clients' needs as appropriate to senior management

o Facilitate the definition of project missions, goals, tasks, and resource requirements

o Develop project approach and action plans, in collaboration with business lines and CIO

o Establish and control project budget

o Assemble, lead and motivate project team(s), manage resources allocation

o Coordinate actions between software(s) supplier(s), IT team(s) and Business owner(s)

o Identifies opportunities for business process improvements within project scope

o Monitor project progress

o Identify and mitigate risks

o Resolve or assist in the resolution of conflicts within and between projects or functional areas - and provide corrective supervision if necessary

o Lead aspects of organizational change

o Provide regular reports on project status, issues and successes to project team, stakeholders, sponsors, steering committee and all levels of management

As Business Relationship Manager

· Keep up to date with technology standards, compliance regulations, industry trends, emerging technologies, and software development best practices in the domain (by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations)

· Collaborate with company Head of Technology and business line representatives to identify, assess and recommend technologies and solutions to help achieve their business goals, provide with competitive advantage and/or develop their digital offer,then develop related project(s) from approach and delivery

Other comments

· This position may require travelling in China and abroad for project purpose

Key Skills and Competencies:

· Strong Project Management experience and discipline, including sponsorship, planning, budgeting, change management and risk management; interest for Project Management

· Experience in managing team of IT, non-IT and external vendors; Demonstrated aptitude for effective leadership of staff

· Interest in the Facility Management business- interested in developing knowledge of this business (Existing knowledge is a plus)

· Ability to foster trusting relationships with colleagues and clients (both internal and external)

· Capacity to act as a partner for project stakeholders with a service oriented attitude and a hands-on attitude when required

· Autonomous, rigorous

· Excellent written and oral communication skills

· Excellent collaboration & interpersonal skills

· Ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences

· Ability to work with diverse groups people and level of management

· Willingness and interest in growing and evolving to other domains within the organization

Education & Experience Requirements:

The ideal candidate should possess:

· Bachelor Degree or Master Degree (a plus) in Computer Science or Information System or equivalent

· 10 years in IT with increasing responsibility

· 5 years as IT Project Manager / 10y for Senior Project Manager - Demonstrated project management discipline

· Experience and interest with domain

· International exposure – capacity to work with resources aboard and within virtual teams

· In depth knowledge of project planning methodologies and best practices.

· Familiarity with software development methodologies

· Familiarity with infrastructure management, application management and IT management processes (ITIL)

· Knowledge of IT service providers in China (a plus)
