Job Description:
1) Billing project pursuit/presale as leading SA
2) Billing solution design and delivery as leading SA Job

Requirement:
1) Bachelor degree (or above) in communication or computer science is a must
2) More than 5 years of working experience in Telco industry, at least 3 years on billing system. Having at least 1 year experience in packaged software like Comverse Arbor Kenan, Amdocs, Oracle Portal, Convergys etc. is Preferred.
3) Proficiency in UNIX, Windows, RDBMS, Internet/WWW technologies; above advance level in Java/J2EE is must. Familiar with at one of scripts language (Shell script, Perl or Python) is preferred.
4) Good at design tools like Rational Rose or Borland together; Power designer or ERWin
5) Good knowledge of software design, lifecycle and quality control
6) Responsibility, resilience, and team work
7) Quick Learning of new technologies and solutions
8) Excellent Problem solving and trouble shooting skills
9) Excellent communication and leadership
