Areas of Responsibility:
? Identifying China's automotive market trends and growth opportunities & risks
? Working with sales and planning teams in joint ventures and providing the company's sales volumes forecast
? Developing sales forecast for industry, segment and key competitors based on seasonality, historical performance and market factors
? Analyzing sales performance and understanding dynamics behind
? Understanding competitors, including but not limit to competitors' product portfolio, pricing, events, success/failure
? Leading/coordinating in-depth research projects related to automotive market development, dynamics, competitors, and so on
? Generating business reports on market, sales and outlook to management
Knowledge, Skills, Experience, and Competencies:
? Good sense of the economy, business world and consumer trends
? Strong quantitative skill and "numerical sense"
? Strong ability to organize, analyze and interpret data/information to derive insights
? Good attentions to details including data and information
? Well management on timelines and high self-motivation
? Able to work under tight time pressure
