职位描述：
As a Demand Planning Manager, you will develop and deliver a portfolio demand plan that takes input from both Marketing and Sales, facilitates agreement with Marketing on plan and prepares plan and recommendation for China Leadership Team along with assumptions/risk assessment for final approval of formal submission of BU China.

What will you do?

?Work with Marketing on portfolio flow plan incorporating investment & activity plan and input from sales.
?Develop an accurate SKU level forecast by month through exception based planning, and do submission via APO
?Work with both Marketing and Sales on SKU level transition plan, track execution and call out risk and drive agreement when off-track
?Manage portfolio productivity with Marketing by target setting and driving necessary action


Department Focus Area

The scope of the Market Operations team is to deliver best-in-industry in-stock availability and retail stock turns with optimized operational cost via excellent demand planning and execute best practice order management and customer service. The department is a part of the BU China organization.

What do we want?
?5+ years experience of forecasting or planning in a consumer products company (working experience involved S&OP preferred)
?Bachelor degree or above from recognized university
?Advanced English Skills, both written and spoken
?Collaboration: appreciate inputs from different perspectives and show openness/flexibility to leverage these inputs for a better decision
?Result-oriented: profoundly understand what good result looks like and feels comfortable and motivated to collaborate with cross-functions to deliver
?Expertise: possess solid planning expertise and broad cross-function knowledge, able to communicate/pass the knowledge efficiently and effectively for better cross-function alignment, and actively leverage these collaboration for further knowledge building
