职位描述：
Engineering Manager
Job descriptions and specifications:
1. Take full responsibility of the work in Engineering Department
2. Lead the preparation of the annual and monthly work plan and in charge of implementing monitoring and monthly assessment of each employee in the department
3. Collect customer information (drawings, process, and special requirements) to get the corresponding implementation method, if necessary, discuss with other departments within the Company
4. Based on customers’ needs, complete conceptual layout and the method of target realization. Communicate with customers to determine the final program
5. Collect the cost information in the programme (suppliers, standard modules, non-standard design module, electrical control, labor), combine with the Company's bidding rules to complete the project
6. Generating a list module, combined with the previous result of communication with the customer to define the functions of each module in detail
7. Assist Design department to examine the design together with the customer. Taking into account the corresponding cost in case of changes during the project implementation phase
8. Complete the detailed construction plans prior to shipment of equipment, assist on-site manager on site construction
9. Responsible for the construction site organization management, coordination and distribution, supervision to ensure the normal operation of construction, work with the project manager to complete the acceptance within the construction site

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical, electrical, automation, industrial or engineering
2. Five years of work experience in relevant industry, have good public connections in this field
3. Solid experience in project management, system optimization and engineering, strong supervision, control and inspection skills
4. Good communication, organization and coordination skills and strong teamwork spirits
5. Good command of English

岗位职责：
1、全面主持工程部工作，对本部门各项工作负责；
2、牵头编制部门年度、月度工作计划，负责具体执行、监督和月度每位员工的考核评价
3、收集处理客户信息（产品图纸，工艺流程，特殊要求）与需求,得出相应的实现方式，必要时与公司内其他部门进行讨论；
4、根据对客户需求的理解，完成概念布局图，表达实现方式，并同客户沟通，确定最终方案；
5、收集该方案中的成本信息（供应商，标准模块，非标设计模块，电气控制，人力），结合公司规定的报价规则，完成项目报价；
6、协助生成模块列表，结合前期与客户沟通的结果，对各模块功能做出详细定义；
7、协助设计部门与客户进行设计会审，在项目具体实施阶段如遇变更，考虑相应的成本，负责施工成本目标在建设阶段的具体落实；
8、设备发货之前完成详细施工图，协助现场经理完成现场施工；
9、负责施工现场组织管理，协调配和、监督工作，确保现场施工正常运转，协助项目经理完成场内预验收；

招聘条件：
1、机械、电气、自动化、工业工程等相关专业本科以上学历；
2、5年以上工作经验，熟悉机器人相关行业信息，有一定的人力资源；
3、良好的工程管理经验、工程管理制度优化能力和工程实施、监督、控制及检查能力；
4、较强的沟通、组织协调能力和团队协作能力；
5、具备一定的英语听说读写能力；
