Consultant

Position: Consultant
Department: Finance and Corporate Services

FUNCTION / ROLE

The Consultant will work with the team to deliver high quality financial and corporate services to our clients on time and with professional excellence.
The Consultant will participate in the performance and development of procedures and process, with particular focus on complex, judgmental, and specialized issues.

The Consultant works in a collaborative environment with other members of our team to develop and deliver solutions and services to meet our client needs.
In the role, the Consultant will interact with members of the team at all levels and will also interact with client personnel as required
As a member of the engagement team, the Consultant will work with senior and staff accountants to provide training and guidance to ensure quality in the completion of assigned tasks and services.


The consultant is responsible for the.

Monthly Closing and Account Reconciliation and ensure that accounts are in compliance with PRC GAAP (local book) and US GAAP (US book), IFRS etc. where required.
Perform monthly balance sheet account reconciliations and review before and after closing. Review and ensure reconciliations are properly prepared on a monthly basis.
Track the reconciling items and make sure it will be adjusted/corrected within 30 days.
Ensure that accounting of transactions is in compliance with regulations and client company policies.
Submit required reports to meet PRC and client requirements.
Ensure other corporate services as required from time to time by the client are completed in a professional and on time manner.
Review and help implement internal control procedures in the client’s office as required.


QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Education:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or Master’s with an emphasis in accounting. CPA certification preferred, or must be actively pursuing CPA certification.

Experience:
Minimum three to 1 year of related experience preferably in public accounting practice and demonstrated leadership abilities. 举报 分享
