We are working with a luxury skincare brand that is looking for a talented Marketing specialist who has experience in creating and supporting the growth of brands to reach their full potential in the China market. This is a broad marketing role, which has many opportunities to create interesting stories and brand assets as the brand has a very relevant story and the quality and source of their ingredients are excellent. This is also a role which will require mentorship and someone who is able to pull together the team to impellent the strategy. You will be a natural leader who enjoys engaging with people to work together to grow market share and also share the brand to the China market to build great resonance and connections with the customer.

Responsibilities:

· Be the Ambassador and Spokesperson for China to the Global Brand Marketing team. Contributing to the global Marketing Calendar to ensure that the needs and specifics for the China market.

· Tailor the Global marketing plan working with Global to ensure it is relevant to the China markets.

· Work closely with Global on the Marketing strategy, delivery and growth.

· Work closely with the Global team on the Marketing for New Product and also cross function teams.

· Work with the Commercial and Education teams on branding.

· Grow the CRM out reach.

· Build relationships with external business partners on supporting key objects across Media, Digital, CRM, PR and KOL.

· Provide insights to support more accurate forecasting.

· Work with the team to control and oversee the category planning.

· Play a role in the design and renovation of stores from a marketing perspective.

· Promote a culture that is a positive, leadership promoting and a creative environment that encourages high integrity, growth and openness.

Experience and Skills:

· Demonstrable experience in Marketing with Skincare, Cosmetics or Beauty.

· Experience in managing China Marketing teams.

· A relevant degree in Marketing or Business.

· Knowledge and experience in the China market.
