Position: IT Service Help Desk Support
Contract Status: Full-time
Vacancy: 2
Salary & Benefits: RMB72,000 to RMB90,000 per annum before all deductions, depending on qualifications and experience
Working Location: Shanghai

Job Outline(Responsibility)
Under the supervision of the IT Service Desk Managers, provide IT Support to end users, collaborate with team to provide consultation and support in the utilization of Computer systems, desktop , electronic resources and associated facilities; to provide basic skills training to end user of clients.
Deal with IT helpdesk issues with the association of IT hotline and the ticket system, , ensure all reported or discovered help desk issues are recorded and tracked in ticket system;
Requirement
Candidates MUST be a master of English, have excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a small team, have IT support experience in the similar background.
Ability to communicate effectively with end users, with a positive approach to customer care;
Ability to work under own initiative and as a member of a team;
The ability to deal effectively with complexity and the unexpected;
Great interest in IT field;
Support end users in Chinese and English;
Advanced knowledge of windows 7, windows 10 ;
Ability to write documentation in English;
Ability to work in collaboration with team mates and willing to share knowledge;
Experience with IT Service management; An ability to gain new technical IT skills quickly in a rapidly changing discipline;
