Position Title: Construction Business Developer
Location: Qingdao

Position Description & Requirements:
The position mainly focus on building envelope business development in North China area in the first year, would extend to infrastructure business development afterwards. Business development goal including project tracking / value chain customer relationship development / key account management / strategic partnership development / new business model implementation. Work closely with marketing, sales and AETs on the new customer/opportunity development. Will be measured by the sales revenue / unit margin and behavior such as project tracking coverage / win-rate, marketing strategic implementation.
The building envelope business development will be focus on understanding the market and customer needs for related applications, specifications through key industry influences, key account management, tracking all key projects, developing and managing qualified channel partners.

Construction industry experience is must. Prefer specification skill and key account management skill.
