职位描述：
Key responsibilities:

? Report to Launch Director and support in new products’ launch reporting to management
? Managing new product launch projects through coordinating and facilitating not only sales, marketing and service, but also plant, volume planning, finance, legal and IT, to make sure the launch activities fully integrated and proceeded efficiently
? Organizing the monthly launch board meeting, updating project status to management and raise up the issues to be discussed and the decisions to be made
? Organizing cross-functional meetings as it’s needed, facilitating their launch related works and solving the cross-functional problems
? Set up weekly review meeting for some critical/urgent launch projects
? Tidy up the meeting minutes and follow up
? Contribute creative ideas and initiatives to enhance the launch efficiency and effectiveness
? Lead track sheet and dealer readiness check list process
? Lead and justify VCDC commercial car requests.
? Coordinate with Jiading FTO and VCC Cars & Technical support team on car preparation for press, auto show, and launch event
? Commercial car on time delivery to related functions
? Other appointed projects and tasks
Qualification:
? Good project management capability
? Excellent interpersonal skills
? Ability to think creatively and act pro-actively
? Good at coordinating other function teams
? Strong business presentation skills – including developing the presentations
?Ability to manage multi-projects simultaneously
?Can handle and manage stressful situations
Education \ Language and other skills
?Good command of English both written and oral
?Proactive, independent, results-driven and teamwork spirit
?Proficient in computer software – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
?Bachelor degree and above
