UNILIN produces laminate, engineered parquet and luxury vinyl flooring under the Quick-Step and Pergo brand as well as wood-based panels (particle board, MDF), decorative panels, roof systems and insulation boards. UNILIN employs 4.800 people at 20 production sites worldwide. UNILIN had a turnover of 1,4 billion euros in 2015.

For our division Flooring, we are looking for a Country Manager China.

As a Country Manager you have the following responsibilities
:
? Manage all operations and staff for Unilin China (initial team 6-10 people)
? Lead the development and execution of China marketing strategy for both brands, Quick-Step and Pergo
? Lead relationship management with China partners
? Lead dealmaking business development efforts in China
? Help select external vendors and contractors
? Ensure that all content deliverables are executed to top standard and on schedule
? Work closely with Belgium Headquarter, report on company sales, financials, challenges and opportunities in China.
PROFILE
? Bachelor's degree from leading University in China (MBA or other advanced degree from leading International University preferred)
? 10 years experiences working in sales or management function in an flooring or related industry
? Experience working in MNC and has good communication with global headquarter(Overseas working experience preferred)
? Must have high level of fluency in spoken and written Chinese and English. Good communication with Chinese local partners and colleagues.
