职位描述：
Position Title: Analyst– Capital and Risk Management

Duties & Responsibilities:
The candidate should ideally have 0-2 years of experience in financial industry, preferably in P&C insurance with business planning, financial analysis and capital management background as well as strong Microsoft Office Pack, communication and presentation skills.
The primary responsibilities of this position include:
1. Work with team leader and various functions to establish regular projection process of AIG subsidiaries that includes projection modelling, result analysis, presentation material preparation as well as implementing governance and control around the process for quality assurance.
2. Work with team to implement group wide capital management guideline and policies for the AIG subsidiaries that the team is in charge and execute capital related strategy to help ensure effective and efficient capital management in the group.
3. Build up and maintain contact with various business functions to conduct capital management related analysis that includes rating capital models, solvency regime, peer comparison analysis and etc.
4. Continuously improve online tool for regular AIG capital management dashboard and maintain corresponding database to ensure one source of truth.
5. Support team leader to expand team’s role to better support regional and head office’s capital management function.

Key Measuring Parameters:
1. Completing assignments from New York home office, regional office and Team Manager in time and with high quality
2. Making good progress in professional development, e.g. working towards an FRM, CFA, CPA or actuarial society designation.
3. Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines and make program adjustments accordingly
4. Can effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high pressure environment and ability to influence others, including upper management, staff, and other departments
5. Ability to lead projects and to complete assignments timely and with high quality.


Candidate Specification:
1. BS degree or higher from top University with accounting / Finance/Actuary/Financial Engineering major
2. 0-2 years of experience working in financial services industry preferred, experience at global property/casualty insurance company or knowledgeable on international accounting and solvency regime a plus.
3. Good written and oral communication skills
4. Strong sense of responsibility and good interpersonal skill
