职位描述：
？ 10+ years of experience, with at least 5+ years of automotive experience
？ Holistic review of the design to ensure quality cost delivery objectives
？ Facilitator of best practices and engineering change management
? Technical competency:
o Engineering knowledge; CAD knowledge, SolidWorks (CATIA etc), product development; PDM doc control, rev control, ECN
o Working knowledge of PDP processes (proto, NPI, EVT, DVT, PVT – also known as alpha beta development)
o DFx: tool design, analysis, studies, DFSC (design for supply chain), test, manufacturability, basic ability to read and understand drawings (ANSI Y14.6 /GD&T)
? Tooling & fixture design for mfg equipment
o CNC fixturing, plastics – injection molding, casting – trim tool, deburr, repair and maintenance of tooling, CMM, fixturing, paint, coatings, poke- yoke, etc.;
o Thixo and advanced manufacturing technology experience
o Automotive experience – new product development and launch (APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, DFMEA, control charts); operating familiarity with TS16949

? Ability to ID potential risks with new to SLI technology and communicate with sales and PM if the product can be launched
o Make vs buy analysis for new to SL technology (equipment and people needed for new potential projects and compare to outsourcing it to third party);
o ROI analysis
o 5 year technology road map
? ID time and cost restraints for new tools and products
? Lean experience (green or black belt); practitioner of Six Sigma
? Ability to work between factory and sales team
? Communicate & negotiate with customer and sales team
? Good PM skills
? Good personal communication skills and people mgmt. skills 举报 分享
