3、技能要求：1）具备主动服务意识；2）亲和力强，善于沟通，并有良好的团队合作精神；3）良好的语言表达能力，思维敏捷，应变能力强；4）一定的外语听说读写能力；5）掌握Office常用办公软件的操作。
