职位描述：
-Assist Department manager to implement global sourcing concept;
-Identify opportunities to source parts locally for overseas clients, considering technical requirements, supplier developments requirements and so on to grow global sourcing business according to defined targets;
-Work with SQEs to actively drive supplier development and management; Do assessment for suppliers annually. Review the performance of suppliers on regular basis;
-Process RFQs, handling samples request and submission, negotiate prices and terms with suppliers;
-Release drawings to suppliers and keep the records;
-Build and maintain supplier data in ERP systems;
-Work with logistics to Implement inventory programs with suppliers to reduce lead time and support lean manufacturing;
-Propose souring strategy for responsible material groups / suppliers and implement defined strategies to achieve continuous performance (QCD) improvement;
-Work with SQEs to handle customer complaints;
