职位描述：
Objective of the job:
Supervise the logistics management, including domestic and oversea warehouse management and countrywide distribution delivery to customer and retailers of online and offline.
Establish the SOP, control the operation costs and efficiency.
 
Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory and warehouse and logistics management
Set up the standards of inventory and warehouse and logistics management, and implement without tolerant.
Supervise daily operation of all warehouses in mainland and oversea to make sure the inbound & outbound process smoothly and effectively and accurately.
Manage the goods transfer between warehouses
Manage delivery from warehouse to customers and retailers with the high service level (on-time, good condition etc.)
Supervise production of promotion and gift pack
Always proactively looking for cost saving by improving the efficiency of warehouse and logistic operation.

2. 3PL Vendor performance management and evaluation
Set up KPIs for vendor
Evaluate performance on monthly base, improve service level

3. Cost control
Control warehouse and transportation cost within budget

4. Other tasks assigned by superiors

任职资格 ：
1、大专及以上学历，物流、运输管理或经济管理类相关专业；
2、5年以上物流操作相关领域工作经验，有快消行业工作经验；
3、熟悉物流操作流程及相关标准规范，具有物流运输、仓储领域专业的操作技能，有很强的客服意识；
4、熟练操作计算机及办公自动化软件，有物流英语应用能力（读写）；
5、具备良好的沟通和组织协调能力，较强的分析和解决问题能力，积极主动，吃苦耐劳，责任心强。 举报 分享
