职位描述：
THERMOPLASTIC INJECTION MOULD DESIGNER SENIOR

Reason:
To enhance the area industrialization molds for thermoplastic materials together with the business expansion and transfer of stamping processes in order to manage local suppliers at overseas locations, follow the advances both technically by Planning, coordinating as many figures in new overseas locations where we will manage internal molding

Skills:
? feasibility analysis of new products.
? defining the specifications of the moulds for quotation request
? identify foreign suppliers and their management on site
? analysis PFMEA first draft and updates.
? Check tooling projects made internally or from external suppliers and its optimization in close collaboration with IND IT-SUPPLIERS-FINAL PRODUCTION PLANT
? definition of maintenance plans and parts lists.
? production support in problem solutions aimed at improving the efficiency of processes and technical/qualitative problems arose.
? monitoring of planning.

Special requests:
? mechanical engineering degree.
? 5-10 years experience in designing and manufacturing plastic molds (preferably abroad)
? detailed knowledge of workshop/tooling for tooling plastics
? using 3D CAD systems preferably PROENGINEER/CREO PARAMETRIC.
