Responsibilities
1.Be responsible for system automation, process enhancement & resources planning and budget control
2.Resolve customers' complaints and any operation issues arise that may impact service quality & efficiency
3.Initiate continuous improvement plans & staff motivation program to boost staff morale, productivity, operation effectiveness

and efficiency
4.Responsible for meeting assigned project targets in quality and quantity

Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree
2.Over 5 years working experience
3.Over 2 years managerial experience above supervisor level
4.Logical & positive thinking
5.Good communication skill and interpersonal relationship
6.Excellent skill on coaching and mentoring
7.Good ability on report making, like Excel, Word and PPT
