工作内容:
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

Handle initiatives/projects to build up the system in terms of business demand and regulation requirement.
Define project objective, scope, tasks and timeline; and implement the agreed work plans within deadline.
Consult with users, regional system support and operations as required to identify the needs and to coordinate for system implementation.
Manage system development and support activities to ensure such activities follow the appropriate standards and procedure, and comply with all local regulatory and Oney policies.
Provide continuous improvement through identifying best practices in products / processes / systems.
Manage local vendors to deliver project on time and on budget.
1、负责组织跨部门资源，快速响应重点项目的落地，提升在项目质量与响应时间上的达标率；
2、参加研发部门的技术规划与部门目标分解，每周每月统计所负责项目情况并为部门全体汇报项目进展；
3、负责项目的需求分析、研发、测试及上线运营，结合用户实际需求，带领团队制定可行解决方案。
4、参与制定及优化部门内部的项目流程和规范；

职位要求:
Specific Job Skills
MS or BS degree in Computer Science / Econometrics / Finance.
At least 10+ years working experience in IT project management, preferably in Consumer Finance industry.
Strong problem solving skills and able to work under pressure.
Demonstrate ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively at all levels and across functions.
Fluent in written and spoken English.

1、 本科及以上学历，计算机或关联专业；
2、 10年以上工作经验，4年IT交付或项目管理经验；
3、 较强的组织管理、沟通、协调、判断与决策能力，较强的项目风险预警与解除能力，带领团队如期交
4、 掌握PMP相关管理方法及理论；有PMP 证书;
5、 熟练掌握个人金融或消费信贷公司运作和相关知识；
6、 熟悉互联网支付、金融、大数据等的优先。
7、 良好的书面英文，适用在中国的外企文化。
