General purpose of position:

- Deliver high quality installation support and technical support to customers with high satisfaction.



Description of duties and responsibilities:

- Quickly and effectively respond to customer technical support request by field visit, call or e-mail.

- Perform high quality installation and acceptance testing as required at customer site to ensure the equipment is performing to customer and BTU specifications.

- Deliver basic products operation and maintenance training (Level 1) at customer site.

- Submit all required field service reports in a timely manner.

- Report the existing and potential complaint of product quality and service, coordinate for a resolution.

- Maintain the good relationship with customers for high service satisfaction.

- Perform other related duties as assigned.



Skills and abilities needed for this position:

- Strong electronic and mechanical skills with in-depth troubleshooting background;

- Skilled in technical measurement, using standard technical tools, such as Bata meter, temperature recorder;

- Be fluent on English and Chinese, and good communication and coordination skill.

- Computer operating systems and application software knowledge.

- Customer service-minded, high initiative and teamwork spirit.

- Must be willing to travel extensively, can work under high pressure to meet the 7x24 service availability requested by customers.



Education and training needed for this position:

- Bachelors or equivalent in Electrical or automation;

- At least 2 years in the field of equipment technical service experience or equivalent;

- Safety policy and Procedures.
