Job Description – Intern, Marketing & Communications

Organization Unit: Colliers International Property Consultants (Shanghai) Co., Ltd
Department: Marketing & Communications
Position: Intern

Responsibilities
Assist China Marcom team in enhancing Colliers brand awareness by implementing a comprehensive strategic marketing roadmap
-Support in promotional actives including company events and social media (WeChat, Weibo)
-Assist graphic designer in preparing marketing materials such as business brochure, track record, presentations
-Provide daily operational support to the marketing team as assigned

Skills & Experience
-Graduate / undergraduate student interested in marketing and real estate
-Proficient in both spoken and written English; CET-6
-Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Skills of design software (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus
-Good communication skill, patient, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure / overtime

？ Location : 16F Hong Kong New World Tower, 300 Huaihai Zhong Road (Lines 1/10/13)
？ At least 3 days per week for over 6 months
？ RMB 120 per day
