职位描述：
● Job Descriptions of Assistant to Inspection Division Manager
质检部门经理助理工作职责范围

1. To understand the mechanism of company quality system and the importance of managing inspection routine accurately and efficiently;
理解服装/配件/纺织品质量检验部门的运作流程以及准确高效管理的重要性；
2. To perform daily office work registering inspection applications, allocating QC logistically and filing inspection reports;
每日管理登记验货申请，安排验货人员的行程，并对验货报告整理归档；
3. To liaise with vendors and factories on a daily basis to guarantee efficient communications between company and suppliers;
与供应商和生产商就验货事宜进行日常沟通，保证公司与合作各方之间信息交流的有效性和准确性；
4. To assist management monitoring vendor compliance as well as maintaining factory auditing database;
协助质检部经理对供应商的就公司制度的遵守情况以及生产商的评估结果进行监督和管理；
5. To assist management handling case investigations related to inspection and to response immediate on his/her absence;
协助质检部经理对验货情况进行调查，并在需要时尽快反馈调查结果；
6. To assist management performing other duties that are required by department and team work.
协助质检部经理完成部门和公司其他团组需要配合的相关工作。


● Required Qualifications
资历要求

1. Graduate with a garment, textile or business profession， more than one year's woke experience;
服装/配件/纺织品专业或商业/外贸相关的专科及专科以上学历,至少一年工作经验;
2. Basic English oral and writing skill preferably in business prospect;
基本英语口语会话能力以及邮件书写技能，商业英语应用能力较强者优先；
3. Reasonable command of Office computer programmes Excel. Word, PPT.
