RESPONSABILITIES
? Product management （产品管理）:
o Build up product roadmap of LED Lamps or Luminaires category
o 规划LED光源或灯具的产品路线图
o Generate the Request for Development (RFD) based on the finalized product roadmap and follow up with Project team about the launch schedule.
o 根据最终确定的产品路线图，创建开发需求的文件并和项目组跟进产品上市的计划
o Packaging & Marketing material creation and update with our designer (print + web)
o 和设计师一起设计产品的包装及市场推广的材料
o Coordinate product-in / phase-out with Sales team
o 和美国的销售团队一起保证产品的更新换代
o Sales report and analysis for the responsible product category
o 分析所负责的产品的销售数据
? Market intelligence （市场调查）
o Competition benchmark
o 竞争对手的分析
o Industry news & trend
o 行业的新闻和趋势
o Technology & application
o 技术和产品应用
? Sales tool / Advertising （销售工具和推广）
o Coordinate advertising and promotional program with Marketing and Sales team
o 和市场及销售团队协调产品的广告和推广项目
o Train sales team and offer technical support
o 培训销售团队和提供一些技术支持


REQUIREMENTS
? > 3 years’ work experience in Product Management of LED Lamps or Luminaires for North America market.
? 3年以上的北美试产的LED光源和灯具的产品管理经验
? Business degree or Engineering degree
? 贸易或工程专业毕业
? Fluent English & Mandarin required
? 英语和普通话流利
? Independent and good team work
? 能独立工作和好的团队精神
? Good command of window office and familiar with social media
? 熟练运用常用的电脑软件和社交媒体
