职位描述：
Senior level role in the R&D group that supports the China business.
Be responsible for product formulations, technical services, product technical claims and approvals.
Contributes to short and long range planning of the technical group.
Works with other departments such as Operations, PLM, Marketing, Sales, etc., to achieve common goals.
Represents Valvoline on the technical front when interacting with customers and suppliers in the region (such as an OEM), and with toll manufacturers.
Helps develop technical talent for the team; trains and empowers direct reports.
Must have strong English speaking fluency and be skilled at written and oral communications.

Qualification:
PhD in chemistry, chemistry engineering or mechanical engineering, with some experience in lube industry;
or Master degree in chemistry, chemistry engineering or mechanical engineering, with a minimum of 3 years of R&D experience in lube industry;
or Bachelor degree in chemistry, chemistry engineering or mechanical engineering, with a minimum of 6 years of R&D experience in lube industry;
Certifications such as CLS (certified Lubrication Specialist) or OMA (Oil Monitoring Analyst) are a plus, but not required. 举报 分享
