职位描述：
？ 创建和维护服务品质标准，建立质量控制体系；
？ 协助部门主管根据业务流程和质量要求制定质量控制规范；
？ 监听、抽查座席人员电话录音，定期提交质检报表；
？ 根据监听情况、制作各项数据分析报表及质量管理分析（日/周/月）报告；
？ 及时指出和分析监控过程中出现的问题和现象，并提出解决方案；
？ 分析、概括、总结服务质量问题，对座席人员的表现进行客观评估和反馈；
？ 每月挑选优秀录音以及不合格录音，及时反馈给培训主管，协助建立和完善企业培训素材库。
职位要求：
？ 大专以上学历，一年以上相关工作经验；
？ 具有极强的判断、执行力和分析能力；
？ 良好的沟通能力；
