职位描述：
This position is to make sure the AVON retail store’s execution excellence through developing operational standards, effective promotion planning and regular tracking. This position needs to monitor retail trend and design/upgrade AVON retail store format accordingly to make sure the competitiveness of AVON stores. The key performance indicators will be store execution compliance level, new format store count and retail sales value.
Develop Retail Channel Strategy to support retail channel business growth.
- Product Portfolio
- Pricing strategy and control in terms of regular price and promotional price
- Work with retail business team and merchandising team to design merchandising guidelines in retail stores
- Trading terms development and fulfillment according to business purpose
- Store execution tracking and report
Dealer Promotion Cycle
- Design monthly promotion plan for retail channel such as road show or beauty class
- Work with field sales to ensure the flawless promotion execution
- Promotion review and analysis
- Work with MKT MD team to issue the monthly communication with field sales and retail stores
Retail Channel business support
- Work with retail team to ensure the new opening store count
- Channel performance and sales data review, report
Budget management to achieve the best ROI.
Bridge between sales and other functions to coordinate and support channel sales achievement.

? Bachelor degree or above
? At least 5-7 years’ experience in relevant industry
? Chinese and English skills, MS Office skill
? Good communication skill
? Willing to take challenges
